Buyers pay nothing — our fee comes from the developer or seller. For sellers we use a standard percentage agreed up front in writing. No hidden fees, no surprise costs at closing.

Do you work with foreign buyers?

Yes. We assist foreign nationals and Georgian residents abroad with full document translation, remote viewing, power-of-attorney coordination, and bank introductions. Service in English and Russian.

How fast can I see properties after I call?

A manager calls back within 30 minutes during working hours. The first shortlist arrives within 48 hours. First viewings typically happen the same week.

Do you only show new-build apartments?

No. We cover new-build, completed residential, commercial, and rental inventory. We will show you whatever fits your brief, including off-market opportunities.

Can I sell my property through MyHomeSale?

Yes. We handle valuation, photography, marketing across multiple channels, qualified viewings, and full contract support. Most well-priced properties close within 60 days.
