Arena II is a multifunctional residential complex consisting of 35 floors, of which 4 levels are allocated for underground parking and 31 floors are above ground. The complex combines both commercial and residential functions: commercial/office floors — 7 levels; residential floors — 24 levels; total project area — 11,786 sq.m; commercial and office space — 16,240 sq.m; residential floor area — 18,300 sq.m; total number of apartments — 438 units; total number of parking spaces — 458 units.
