GWG Krtsanisi

The complex consists of four residential blocks, whose facades will be finished with travertine stone, decorative brick, and aluminum composite panels. These materials create a balanced dialogue between classical and modern styles, giving the project a distinctive visual identity. A significant part of the project is dedicated to landscaping and recreational spaces — approximately 4,000 m² of the area will be fully arranged as a leisure and public environment. More than 100 trees and various types of plants will be planted, further enhancing the ecologically clean and peaceful atmosphere characteristic of Krtsanisi.
