We began our operations in 2017. Our first project was a multi-apartment residential complex in Tbilisi, in the Saburtalo district, near Jikia Street. Our next project was also carried out in the same area and represented our first development project. The building was successfully commissioned in 2021.
In 2022, we launched the construction of “Anko Samgori” — a multi-apartment residential complex located in the Samgori district, on Kindzmarauli Street.
In 2025, we expanded our operations beyond Tbilisi and began the construction of a multifunctional complex on the Black Sea coast, in Kobuleti.
In the same year, our portfolio was further expanded into the industrial sector with the addition of a manufacturing facility producing glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) facade panels.
Our activities cover the full construction cycle. The company employs more than 50 people and possesses the technical capabilities required to successfully deliver complex and modern projects.
